There are some guys called https://baidu.erranium.com they usually download for people files. I got my file lastweek, was pretty quick.

Wow, baidufast.com is actually really effective! It just helped me download a 20GB file in about 10 minutes, and it only cost a few bucks. You can also download smaller files under 150MB for free
